IDA is a publishing and directory platform for the aviation industry. We produce editorial content, host a verified directory of African and Middle Eastern aviation organisations, and provide tools for Readers and Service Providers.
You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it current.
Service Provider accounts are subject to manual verification by IDA, typically within two business days. We may decline or revoke verification at our discretion.
Service Providers may submit and maintain their own listings. You warrant that you have authority to represent the organisation you list and that the information is accurate. IDA may edit or remove listings that violate these Terms.
Editorial content produced by IDA is the property of IDA. Content you submit remains yours; you grant IDA a non-exclusive licence to display, distribute, and promote it on the platform.
Some features may require payment. Pricing and terms for paid features will be clearly presented before purchase. Refunds follow the applicable consumer law in your region.
IDA publishes directory information and editorial content in good faith but does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. You make your own decisions when contacting or contracting with directory members.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, IDA is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if required by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Disputes will be handled in the courts of South Africa, unless mandatory local law requires otherwise.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated to account holders. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
